Driving with my FIL

I was riding in a car with my father-in-law and we were driving between Mitchell and Scarlett schools. He decided to see how fast the car could go even though I was nervously advising, then screaming, that it was a school zone and he had to go slow and there was a kid having a seizure in the road up ahead. He finally braked in front of the kid and the kid's mom.
