I was the flash

I heard a fake fact: we only retain 50% of the information we’re learning in school at any given time. I’m talking about while we’re still in school not after we graduate. I was the flash. We were at this civic center watching something onstage when this random villain shows up. And I think he knows who I am. He gets onstage and I get in my fighter jet that shrinks. I show up there and he traps me under a glass cup. Then he monologues in front of everyone (isn’t that a soliloquy?) and when he looks back I’m gone. I show up around the corner as Barry and joe and his cop friends come get me. Somehow I’m acting like I am unable to stand. The villain smirks. Also at some point in the dream cat noir shows up. This lady says his name and I look at him and ask if he’s helping. He says he’s just passing through and goes through a portal in the wall. I wonder if I’m dreaming but I dismiss it. Also I have a flash of me and a bunch of other superheroes trying to keep a plane from falling out of the sky. I see this square tile with a bunch of crumbs on it.
