did any one had a sleep paralysis 2 days ago??!!

I saw a girl having a sleep paralysis in my dream (through her eyes.) she was blonde. mid 20. and the thing grab her by the right arm that she had over here chess. (IT was invisible but we both felt its wheight and i remember rearing a tiny laughter from a child) any one here experienced this??
