Another Dream About My Ex

It’s been literally like 2 years since we broke up so idk why I still have dreams about her. Last night I dreamt I was at some resort with my family and I look over at some girl tanning next to a pool and it’s my ex. She was with her mom and in real life her mom and I didn’t get along so I rolled my eyes when I saw the mom. Most of this dream just consisted of me basically stalking them from a distance hahaha. I was watching them talk to each other and than my ex got up and went into her apartment which was like 5 feet from the pool. I think this dream was a way of my brain dealing with the feeling I’ve had of being disconnected from her since the break up and not being able to talk to her cause of how bad things ended. Not saying I want to get back with her cause we were toxic together but talking and having some questions of mine answered would be nice.
