Nightmare Plague

Im not really sure what is going on but i know ive never experienced it. I havent posted in a while due to fear. It seems crazy. I havent told anyone. I dont know how. These dreams. Everytime i shut my eyes. They are twisted, arbritrary but i hear the same voice."Watch this....careful." Ill see some random person and their face just turns into a smoking bblack hole or I'll see someone walking a dog and the dog barks, runs and rips their arm off. It could be anything. It started a while ago. Months. I dont understand it.
