I was walking along a dirt road. It was surrounded by florishing flaura. The canopy of the trees gave way just enough so that the sunlight could wash over my face ever so gently. There was a sense of peace in the air. In front of me, just out of arms reach was a girl and she never turned around. Both of us were walking in the same direction and talking throughout the entire journey. I could hear her voice around me even though she wasn't looking at me. Something about it sounded familiar, but I couldn't quite hear as it echoed quite a bit. The only thing I knew was that everytime she spoke, a sense of warmth came over me. I can't recall exactly what we spoke about, but it covered superficial and deeper topics. As we were heading down this road, there was a moment of silence. The surrounding sounds became amplified to the point where it vibrated through the air. This was immediately broken by the sound of a twig or a branch behind me. As I turned around, I locked eyes with a moose-like deer. At first this gave me a fright, but I eased into its gaze. After what felt like an eternity, it looked away and wandered off down the opposite side of the road. As I turned back around, the girl was standing in front of me and I could see her face. She was smiling at me with her eyes and looked down at my hand. I followed her eyeline as she reached out to take my hand. Her touch was soft and comforting and that same sense of warmth that I felt before rushed over me in a matter of seconds. Immediately a soft breeze blew down the road and it was gently whistling through the trees. She started to lift my hand. As both of our hands became level with our chests, I woke up.
