Possible ap, definitly lucid

I layed down for a nap and woke up to this : I felt strange. I decided to attempt to astral project. I just popped right out and was amazed. The house looked different. There was different furniture and things hanging on the walls. I tried to fly out of the house but couldn't seem to get past the ceiling but I did float. I remembered to look at a mirror so I flew through the door to the mirror in the hall. At first I didn't see anything. Then I saw my face but it was in shadow. A shutter shot through me. I decided to go back to my body. I woke up but couldn't tell if I was really awake so I rubbed my fingers together and looked at my hand but my fingers weren't moving. I was still not awake. I tried instantly moving somewhere else and ended up sitting on a chair in a town near where I grew up. There was a group of people there and a guy threw me a golden hoop the size of a bracelet. But he missed me and I just made it curve to come to me. The guy says, "Ah, you're in the Astral" and we threw the hoop back and forth some more, maneuvering it in the air with our minds. Then I woke up but this time for real. I had to test it a lot before I was sure.
