Not interested in Tom//driving to jersey

In the first part of my dream, this guy asked me out in a clothing store. I didn’t find him super attractive and obviously in the dream I was still dating Keegan, so I wasn’t interested, but he turned out to be a super sweet guy. I think his name was Tom, he also coincidentally lived down the hallway from me in my apartment building. There was a whole part of the dream where I looked outside the apartment to see Tom and his friends a bunch of other people from around the neighborhood walking their dogs in like super extravagant costumes. When he came back I asked him what was up and he said it was some kind of holiday where people dress up in crazy costumes just to take their dogs for one walk In the next part of my dream, for whatever reason I was driving from Seattle to New Jersey, but I didn’t get very far because my car literally overheated and broke down in the tunnel downtown. It was very convenient though because some cops were nearby so when my car stopped And I put my hazards on and I was freaking out obviously because I’m me I decided to go try to flag down the cops to help me. But when I got out of the car to go find them, I saw their guns were drawn and that there were some people also with guns who they were trying to arrest or stop from doing some thing. My jaw dropped and I backed up really quickly so as not to get involved in this situation but the cop saw that I was there and I was scared and needed help so one of them came over and tried to help me but then I kind of got tangled up in the situation and we were Chasing these criminals throughout the catacombs essentially behind the tunnel one of them turn off the lights too, and it was really scary. In the last part of my dream, all I remember, is this girl who really resembled Lady Gaga going down on me in my bed in my apartment. Keegan even walked in on us and was OK with it probably because it was hot lol.
