Waves of water and strangers

I was on a school bus being driven by Patton Oswalt and the Mississippi River had flooded so there were waves of water coming at our bus as we tried to make it to German Park. I got home and decided (I don't know why) to take my parents' stove out the front door then around the house to the garage. I was, surprisingly, able to do this myself. Then a bunch of strangers showed up and started milling around on my lawn. My parents were upset about the stove and the strangers but I was like, "I didn't invite them." I think they had arrived early to watch a parade that was going to be hours later. Then I was at a family gathering for my dad's side and everyone was convinced Jason's name was Andrew Huizenga.
