Unclear pregnancy

I was pregnant but we weren’t really sure because I wasn’t that big. But I could feel that something was different and it was really weird. I think I took 3 pregnancy tests and 2 said yes and one said no but that one was a super weird “natural” pregnancy test that involved ants and honey. I was at Magnus’s house and no one was sure if I was or not. We were at the dinner table and I was like “guys I don’t know what to think” and Magnus’s mom goes “maybe you’re just getting fat!” That hurt my feelings so I went to the bathroom to cry. Eventually Magnus suggested I just go to the hospital so I was preparing for that and I was really nervous. I think while I was there (and like about to go into labor?) I went to the food courts and got Burger King or something like that
