A horrible sight

I remember being in a room where some lunatic criminal guy was tied to a bed and violently shaking and screaming. There was a doctor and a nurse around the table and the nurse asked if the man was in cardiac arrest, to which the doctor replied no. All I really remember is a lot of blood from his mouth and terrifying screams, with a feeling of dread that he was about to cause some serious harm to everyone, almost something supernatural. Anyway, I woke from with with a huge panic and anxiety that took me a while to get over, I don’t know why as usually nightmares and these type of things don’t bother me at all. Also, I woke up at 5:30 and tried to WBTB, although it was well and I managed to get quite far, I still fell asleep before dreaming.
