Being Touched And A Horrible Lawyer

I'm in a department store with my girlfriend. We ask for help from a member of staff when another one approaches me from behind and puts his hand under the neck of my shirt, touching my skin. Immediately I confront him and many of the staff get very aggressive, pushing me to the floor and restraining me violently. We are then taken to a back room where we are questioned by the store manager and a lawyer. The lawyer is twisting everything we're saying to make us look in the wrong. I'm getting really frustrated and scared that we are actually going to get into trouble even though we were the wronged party.
