Fran and Dionne came over. We were sitting in my bedroom and they kept complaining about the amount of dust and cobwebs. “Well, you can see your ways out.” I said, pissed right off. “I’ve got cobwebs to clean!” I cleaned the bedroom from top to bottom and rearranged all the furniture. It was looking pretty damn good, if I do say so myself. I then invited Fran and Dionne over (again) to have a look. But, to my despair, my efforts had gone unnoticed. They didn’t even comment on the drastic change. Next scene; I had met one of my service users, Jeremy, in town. I was bit surprised to see him out and about and riding a bike(?!) He’s pretty much bedridden in real life. “Do you want a lift back?” I asked him. He agreed, but then he cycled off. I scanned the streets looking for him. In the shopping mall, there was this body heaped on the floor. Thinking it was him, I ran over to see what had happened. Had he fallen off his bike? This lady tutted at me as I got too ‘close’ to her. I then realised that it was just some random homeless person, not Jeremy. “Where the fuck is he?” I thought. Next scene; This dream was more of an observation one. Like, I was there but only as an outsider looking in. The scene starts in an off licence. This man had stacks and stacks of money taped to the insides of his counter. The police came in and arrested him immediately. This was dirty, drug money. The wife was going batshit crazy, wondering who had grassed them up. She had hid this newborn baby (which she had stolen from god knows who?!) in a big tree house in the woods. “No one is taking my baby!” She yelled, hysterically. The dream then flashed to another scene, involving a group of twenty-somethings on a road trip, smothering pink ice cream all over themselves, whilst they captured it all on video. The mess was making me feel extremely anxious. Back to the original scene; The crazy ‘baby’ lady was also arrested. She was going to prison for the rest of her days. “Make sure you look after the baby!” She told me. “Don’t let the authorities take him!” I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted the responsibly of another child, but took the baby regardless.
