That's Not My Mum

I'm in a giant 4 by 4 car driving down a steep, muddy hill with my old school friend Stuart C. We arrive at a hospital to visit my mum. Stuart sits by a bedside and begins talking to a lady whom he believes to be my mum. After a while I tell him that the woman he's been talking to isn't my mum. I fill in some forms for the doctors.
