The Dying Dog

I feel very emotional as I encounter a dying dog by a train. Rain pours down on us. A vet appears and begins working on trying to revive the dog. The dog begins to speak. I struggle to make out the words, but I can tell it's speaking English. Eventually it becomes clear that the dog is trying to give the vet some instructions. The vet then takes a vial of liquid and pours it into the dog's mouth. Vapour starts to come out of the dog's mouth and nose.
