Clouds

I am talking about clouds with someone and they ask me if I can tell which clouds will be storm clouds. They keep calling them seed clouds. They say, “ you can tell which ones they are because they are the small wispy ones way up high with nothing else around them for miles.” I am at home in Maryland wandering around somewhere where there is a big open field, looking up and trying to find the seed clouds.
