In the city

I don’t remember too much but I was in some beautiful city. It was spring and it had cherry blossoms everywhere. I hoped onto the subway and it went out over the water to this neat Asian District. There were tons of shops and good food. Originally I was supposed to hang out with friends but they were late as usual so I went to do my own thing while they came to me. I stop at this look out area that had part of the ocean below. There were these old people (3 of them) jumping into the water laughing and saying they were getting younger. It was weird but everyone kept watching and the dream fades from there.
