Unpleasant Penis Dream

I'm seeing the doctor for a problem with my penis. There is a round growth on the end of it. The doctor applies a cream to it that instantly dries my penis. It makes the skin really hard and leathery. He then starts to squeeze the growth until it pops, squiring clear liquid all over him. The growth shrinks immediately and I leave the office. However, I notice that it starts to return so I head back inside. Instead of waiting for the doctor to carry out the same procedure, I squeeze it on my own and squirt the contents all over the doctor's clothes.
