Stabbed By A Paintbrush

I'm sleeping on my front in bed. Suddenly I turn over and land on a paintbrush. It pierces my stomach and I'm in intense pain. I have to ring in work and tell them I won't be in due to my predicament. O remove the brush and see the damage that the paintbrush has done to my stomach. I'm not bleeding but I can see the puncture wound.
