But You Were Just Naked!?

I'm in a nice apartment building overlooking a city. I'm with two people, a man and a woman whom I know to be doctors. The male doctor and I are playing basketball. He removes his clothes and convinces me to do the same. It feels very normal. We play naked for a while when somebody else walks into the room. I immediately feel embarrassed and cover myself. When I look over at the doctor, he somehow is now clothed, making me look odd in my nakedness.
