I dreamt that Trump was coming to Sydney, meeting with world leaders and Albanese in a national museum and art gallery, causing a lot of political unrest around Australia. People kept threatening to do something but everybody was afraid to make the first move. All went okay in the meeting (aside from our values being usurped) and Trump erected a statue called the “ball of unity” with flowing water in the museum. I go and see the statue in the museum with Liz, and she throws something at it secretly and casts what I think is a spell, we run away as it breaks. Intrigued by the spell and trying to find a way to settle the unrest I come back to the museum and meet a girl, who works there who is odd and slightly unhinged but kind. I admire some boots in the collection and she tells me a small lie. I see through her and ask about it and it turns out she steals them from time to time to wear. She knows how to get things in and out of the museum without anybody else working there noticing. I get a job at the museum and become friends with her, learning her ways and end up stealing an artefact that supposedly belonged to Athena. I meet up with someone who thinks that he can channel that energy, and he performs a ritual in which Athena possesses me at every level, I feel her sinking into my brain my voice and my atoms, giving me a different power. He secretly films me and I am concerned that will be sent to the government, Athena catches it and destroys the footage. I push it down and pretend like it hasn’t worked to him and that she’s completely gone, and leave, returning the artefact. Back at work, my friend the odd coworker runs off with a dorky boy, another coworker to move to Melbourne. My other coworker (slightly ditsy, short brown hair, who has never liked me all that much) is amazed and for the first time drinks with me at work drinks and offers to drive me home to debrief. She’s drunk in the car and tries to kiss me, I back off and laugh and tell her that she’s just drunk but she crashes the car quite badly. Underneath rubble, I announce that I need help and Athena comes to the surface to retrieve us. I now know she can use great physical and mental power, and this will become useful in the state of affairs.
