Okay so, I had nothing to do, it is now midday and I just tried a Wake Induced Lucid Dream (Hopefully you know what that is 😅) and I was at the wall that I usually get to, being in a sort of meditative state but not falling asleep or going into sleep paralysis. So this is what happened next... I held my breath, only for around 10 seconds, and during that time I instantly started to get the floating feeling that come before SP, my eyes were twitching the same. I was falling asleep. So the kick in the dick was the fact that my phone started ringing and I had to get up to answer it, but if nobody had tried this, would anyone be interested in giving it a go for research? I very often tend to get stuck at that wall, maybe holding your breath somehow lowers your consciousness a little? You know... Cause you aren't breathing 😂 Thanks for reading my possibly pointless delusion, happy dreaming! Falkor ✌️
