An Astral Projection? Or a Dream?

I was in bed and I didn't know if I was dreaming or not. My arm had gone dead. In fact, I couldn't feel any of my limbs (Sleep paralysis?) every so often I could hear the strangest sound in my ear. Deafening. Almost demonic. Strangely, I didn't feel scared and I assume that I'm at the beginning stages of an astral projection. I've had one before and I've been keen to experience one again. After the 'strange' noise, I can feel my body being pulled up into the air with force. I imagined my body filled with light, and then I tried to focus really hard. Frustratingly, I kept ending up at square one (Snapping back into my body) At one point, I imagined myself pulling on what looked like a blue umbilical cord to try to get out of my body (and stay out!) I did this several times and failed. But when I rolled over to the side, I felt myself slipping off the bed as if I didn't belong to my body anymore. It was the most surreal feeling, but again, I snapped back into my body. On my last try, I heard voices screaming "You fucking idiot, don't let her in!" And it startled me so much I must have woken up. I woke up feeling disoriented and confused... like, what the fuck just happened? I also had the strangest taste in my mouth. A taste that I have never tasted before. Industrial, if that makes any sense? 😳 Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Do you think it was all a dream?
