Dream From Childhood

I just remembered this dream I had when I was little. I think I was like 5 or 6 when I had this dream. All I remember is I was wearing a white T-shirt and my stomach felt really weird. I lifted my shirt up to look at my stomach. When I did I saw my stomach was a mix of this bright blue, red, yellow, green, pink, and maybe orange color. It was gross/creepy though because it looked like I had something that resembled skinny alien cow utters. They were wiggling by themselves too. I remember just staring at them and my stomach feeling like that butterfly feeling you get when ur anxious/excited.
