reduced to bones

I was chasing a criminal. My weapon of choice was liquid acid. It eats away at anything it touches. How I caught up with the guy I forget but I tossed the liquid acid on him and in seconds he was reduced to a breathing bag of bones. I got liquid on me and the same thing happened to me. I used my etheric body to take my spine to beat the criminal with. Was waiting first on the verdict.
