I somehow end up at my childhood dentist office and this really big tall white guy with a ponch forces me to get a cleaning. But then this giant buff black guy comes to the rescue and beats him up, and there's another athletic smaller black guy around, and a fit white guy as well. They deal with the dentist and then the big black guy tries to have sex with the small black guy, but he politely refuses, and the white guy offers himself to the big guy.
