Reoccurring Nightmare

I’ve had this dream about 3 times in the last 3 nights. The guy from the movie split is chasing me up the stairs in my house. I lock myself in my bathroom and frantically look around for something to hurt him with. There’s literally nothing so then I get the idea to jump out my bathroom window. I need to unlock it, slide it open, and knock out the screen every time I have this dream. Sometimes as I’m knocking the screen out he slams the door open. Other times he switches personalities to a nice person and it buys me a few seconds. I never make it to the point of jumping though.
