A Crushing Feeling

I don’t remember a lot of dreams from last night, but the one that stands out for obvious reasons is the following. I was walking with some friends along what I believe was a grassy footpath when I felt this crushing feeling on my chest and throat. I remember feeling immediately lucid and alarmed, waking up a second or two later a bit disoriented to say the least... ... weird.
