Playing football inside

I ran into an old co-worker who is tiny irl but he's huge with muscles in the dream. The whole thing is a mix between a commercial about a sports drink and just me and him playing catch with a football. I'm having a hard time keeping up or catching any passes and he keeps saying, "I'm throwing it to where you are going to be, not where you are, stop looking back."
