The One With the Bundt Cake Vaccine

I’m sitting in some kind of labor and delivery unit after preregistering to give birth there. A woman I apparently know sits down near me and we both start quickly packing bags to leave. I put several sonograms in a folder. At some point, a woman is brought in on a rolling bed to give birth. I notice how calm she seems. I look around again to find Connor and Morgan — who is sitting on the floor — having an argument about something regarding Lujah. Morgan starts talking about how she was the one who had to go through a horrible pregnancy and how she would never do anything to hurt their baby. I get the feeling that she wants to give Lujah a vaccine that Connor doesn’t. I end up walking outside with some people to find that it’s cold and gloomy out. We appear to be somewhere other than Florida standing in front of a hotel. A girl I’m with — possibly Renee — says, “Watch this.” She pulls out her phone with some kind of app that makes it look like she’s wearing an engagement ring on the screen. I tell her to show Caleb Bermudez. Later, I end up in an SUV I just saw passing. My dad is in the row in front of me with Beau, Basil, and Penny. We start driving through what looks like a weird toll area when I wonder if the vehicle is going to fit. The kid who’s driving — not sure who — is instructed that he can go around another way if we don’t fit. I remember that this isn’t his SUV and desperately hope he doesn’t damage it. I end up walking on what looks like a highway with my parents. My dad says something about not getting the “Bundt cake vaccine” and I start to grill him and my mom about what else they’re refusing to get. I tell my dad that I don’t care about his politics, but that I’m just concerned for the safety of my babies when they arrive … I’m sitting in a room I don’t recognize at some sort of pizza party. As I eat my third slice, Aunt Marni — who’s sitting at a table near me — tells everyone that every year at Renee’s birthday dinners, there would be pizza and cinnamon rolls. She then says, “Nicole would eat so much that I just couldn’t figure out where she puts it.” Feeling uncomfortable at everyone looking at me, I look down and rub my bump. Everyone laughs, and Aunt Marni says, “Oh, is that why you had to go and get huge while you’re pregnant?” Annoyed about this whole exchange, I simply respond, “Yep.” I decide to have a fourth slice. As I’m eating it, I notice Aunt Karen. She starts telling us about how something went wrong when she was applying her makeup. She mentions putting blush on her eyes.
