Surgery in Chicago

I dreamt I was in Chicago with family. Everything was crazy and I was sick. My old dog was in the dream too. A mailwom was trying to deliver something when the dog when chasing after her. I apologized. She stopped and seemed concerned about my health like she knew something was wrong with me. So she gave me liquid pain killer before she left. The next day I was on top of a high penthouse building surrounded by huge apartments. My family and I were having a cookout. I was still sick and getting ready for surgery. Finally the next day, I went in to have an operation. We were in a small room that wasn't in a hospital. The Dr stepped up and started administering the sleeping medicine so he could to the surgery. He had no idea what he was doing and made an incision on the top of my breast, then pulled out a fake implant. I said what are you doing?? And he said this was concerning, and was possibly killing me. Afterwards it was a bunch of small dreams with anxiety.
